Authorize.net DJ-Classifieds integration

Authorize.net Payment Gateway for DJ-Classifieds extends the functionality of DJ-Classifieds to accept payments from credit/debit cards using Authorize.  Connect DJ-Classifieds with Authorize and offer your customers a variety of payment options ranging from debit cards, credit cards and eChecks to digital payments like Apple Pay, PayPal, and Visa Click to Pay.
Authorize.Net can accept transactions from merchants located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe or Australia, in multiple currencies.
This payment plugin comes free with DJ-Classifieds. You need to enable and configure it manually in the Joomla backend.

Backend installation

Setup

You need to set up the plugin.

  • Open Extensions and then choose Plugins
  • Find the Authorize.net plugin on the list
  • Open DJ-Classifieds Authorize.net payment plugin
    • Set status to "Enabled" - so the payment method is visible on frontend
    • API Login ID - type the ID
    • Transaction Key - type the transaction key
    • Type of this account - choose between test or real
    • Currency symbol - type currency code you want to work with, for example: EUR, USD, SEK, NOK, etc.
  • Save & Close


Frontend usage

After a successful setup, the payment plugin will be visible for users willing to pay for DJ-Classifieds points and adding ads.

Authorize.net will appear on the list of available payment methods:
