Categories module

Creating a module

The DJ-Catalog2 Categories module displays a menu tree with the product categories.
To enable the Categories module, navigate to Extensions → Modules → New.



Select DJ-Catalog2 Categories position:


Module options



  • Module Class Suffix – you can enter a class suffix to change the style of a module.
  • Expand Categories – select if categories should be expanded or not
  • List layout – select between standard list and drop-down selector.
  • Follow category – select yes if you want to use follow category function.
  • Category – you may choose which category should be treated as a root category. The module will render a category tree starting from the chosen category.
  • Product counter – displays several products in each category. Applies to standard list layout only
