Email templates

With email templates, you can easily edit all notifications that are sent to users and administrator. 

Email templates are available in DJ-Classifieds control panel.

Open the DJ-Classifieds component.


Now choose it from the list on the left.


See the complete list of available email templates:

  • Auctions (1) - new offer - author notification email
  • Auctions (2) - new offer - bidder notification email
  • Auctions (3) - new offer - outbid user notification email
  • Auctions (4)- end - the author notification email
  • Auctions (5) - end - winner notification email
  • Auctions (6) - bidder contact email
  • Ask form (7) - contact email. 
  • Abuse form (8)  - email
  • New advert (9) - Administrator notification
  • Advert edition (10) - Administrator notification
  • New advert (11) - User notification
  • Auctions (12) - end - author notification email - no bids
  • Auctions (13) - end - author notification email - reserve price not reached. 
  • Auctions (14) - end - winner notification email - reserve price not reached. 
  • Auctions (15) - end - bidder notification email
  • Buy now (16) - the buyer notification email
  • Buy now (17) - the author notification email
  • Advert (18) - expiration notification
  • Advert (19) - status change
  • Payments (20) - Bank Transfer payment info
  • New advert (21) - Guest notification
  • Points (22) - user notification about new points
  • Payments (23)- admin notification about points payment
  • Buy now (24) - offer - the buyer notification email
  • Buy now (25) - offer - the author notification email
  • Buy now (26) - offer - message from owner to offerer
  • Buy now (27) - offer - admin request notification email
  • Buy now (28) - offer confirmation - the author notification email. 
  • Ask form (29) - notification about the new message. 
  • Saved Search (30) - User notifications
  • Advert renew (31) - Administrator notification
  • New advert (32) - Bad Words - Administrator notification
  • Ask form (33) - contact email copy to the sender.
  • Ask form in profile (34) - contact email  - ask seller form. 
  • Payments  (35) - payment completed
  • Ask form (Profile) (36) - notification about the new message.
  • Plans (37) - expiration notification
