Creating a module
This module allows you to view the products assigned to a selected producer. After selecting the producer, you can also specify if you want to display the items from the current category or all categories.
To enable this module, navigate to Extensions → Modules → New.
Select DJ-Catalog2 Producers position:
Module options
- Filtering – selecting the producer may result in displaying items from either the current category or all categories.
- Producer's link type – setting available only for 'List' module layout
- Order – select the type of order.
- Order direction – select if ordering should be ascending or descending.
- Layout – use a layout from the supplied module or overrides in the templates.
- Module Class Suffix – you can enter a class suffix to change the style of a module.
Grid layout
- Show title – display producer's title
- Link title – link to the producer page
- Show image – select if you want to display the producer's image.
- Link image – select if you want to link an image.
- Image process – choose if you want an image to be cropped or not.
- Image width – pixel width (numeric value without 'px')
- Image height – pixel height (numeric value without 'px')
- Bootstrap columns – this requires your template to support Bootstrap 2.x styling. If you select a value greater than1', then producer width and alignment/float settings will be ignored.
- Alignment/float – allows aligning module's items by adding 'float' property.
- Producer width, height [px|%] – Enter numerical, pixel or percent value. Eg. '120', '120px', '25%'. Leave empty to let producer's container expand atuomatically
- Text align – select text-align
- Description – display producer description
- Truncate description – NOTICE!: turning on this option will remove all HTML tags from the description.
- Description length – producer description character limit
- Readmore – display read more.
Advanced options
- Caching – use the global cache setting to cache the content of this module or disable caching for this module
- Cache Time – the time in seconds before the module is reached
- Module Tag – the HTML tag for module
- Bootstrap Size – an option to specify how many columns the module will use
- Header Tag – the HTML tag for module header/title
- Header Class – the CSS class for module header/title
- Module Style – you can use this option to override the template style for its position.
